They have been very helpful, had immediate answers to all of my questions, were very honest and forthcoming in their answers, and were able to help me justify the premium bein gpaid for what amounts to a luxury apartment in a very convenient location. While it is beyond me why better noise proofing was not a part of the construction, there are no other material complaints or issues I can point out about the property, staff, or any other aspects of the complex.

They are making upgrades to the property continuously. The staff is always friendly and they do everything in their power to keep residents happy.

It's good, but not fantastic. — The apartments look good, and seem to be fairly energy efficient in terms of heating and cooling. The quality of construction is fairly poor. There are lots of loose tiles in the stairwells, security doors are not properly or promptly maintained not correctly fixed after several months and counting , dishwashers are far too loud, don't hold much and don't clean very well - given the open plan setup they were a poor choice the walls and floors are not well insulated for sound - you can hear music and especially dogs from other apartments - the construction feels cheap to the point where my walls shake when other people close their front doors, the kitchen cabinet doors are easily scratched and bowed, the kitchen counters--for some reason--are not sealed and so stain very easily. Lots of corners were cut in construction, it seems, to save small amounts of money - it's all a great idea but it's just not finished properly. Another example of a false efficiency - installing thermostats that require batteries rather than wiring them to the furnace power. Other apartments at this price point have smart or connected thermostats, not basic Lowes specials. Another example - you get two sets of keys for your mailbox and apartment door - but only one fob for building access. If you want a second - because your SO might need to access the building too, perhaps - you'll have to pay extra for it. Just silly things like this that make you wonder whether they tried to cheap out on more important things during construction. Management seems capricious at times, there are always new rules or artificial problems. They closed the pool for the season while it was 90 degree weather, which was just bizarre. Each building has a mail room, but they installed a separate package room which basically ensures that packages are not received in a timely fashion, because at least half the time the deliveries aren't scanned. Then other times I have had Amazon packages delivered to my building mailroom and confirmed by photo, only to have someone move them to the package room, so there is interference with mail after delivery as well. I had to reschedule an appointment because they would not provide emergency access to the package room. Everything's just a bit weird at times. I received a warning of a breach of my lease on the basis of evidence that they refused to provide. Maintenance for in-unit fixes have been prompt and professional, and repairs made to a high quality, although they don't completely clean up after themselves or return furniture to its original position. I was told that the buildings are apparently subsiding so there are a lot of wall cracks that need repair. The staff you interact with are great and very friendly, but they seem to be stymied by the higher-ups.
